鸡湯面綫
一隻花鸡切塊。燒熱食油,爆香姜,倒入鸡肉翻炒,加入香菇,水(2litre)及調味料,煮半个小時鸡湯就熟了。
燒开一鍋的水,把面綫乘开水开把面綫捞一捞,加入鸡湯,乘熱吃。
