抄白棵
一包白棵浸一夜,燒熱适量食油,爆香小紅葱,倒入蒜翻炒,加入魚丸片,白棵,虾及調味料翻炒.我个人比喜欢軟一点,加了少许水进去炒,试味后即可上碟.
