Recipe Siew Mai

Ingredients:
A
500g half lean and fat pork
500g prawn meat
100g carrot
200g chestnut
2 pcs mushroom

B
50 wantan wrappers

Seasonings

1 tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1/2tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp tapioca flour

Method:

1)  pork and prawn 剁碎。add in salt and mix until very sticky. add carrot, chestnut,
     mushroom, seasonings mix well.
2)  用云吞皮包馅料,捏成烧賣.
