鸡湯面綫






一隻花鸡切塊。燒熱食油,爆香姜,倒入鸡肉翻炒,加入香菇,水(2litre)及調味料,煮半个小時鸡湯就熟了。

燒开一鍋的水,把面綫乘开水开把面綫捞一捞,加入鸡湯,乘熱吃。

抄白棵
 


一包白棵浸一夜,燒熱适量食油,爆香小紅葱,倒入蒜翻炒,加入魚丸片,白棵,虾及調味料翻炒.我个人比喜欢軟一点,加了少许水进去炒,试味后即可上碟.

 Dragon Yogurt Jelly Mooncake













Filling
(A)
200gm yogurt
2 nos egg yolk
100gm whipping cream
50 gm fresh milk
100gm dragon fruit

(B)
150ml water
3 tsp agar-agar powder
80gm castor sugar

Skin Ingredients
(c)
12000ml water
150gm castor sugar
6 tsp agar-agar powder
2 tsp instant jelly

(D)
400gm Dragon fruit

Method
1) Mix all the ingredient (A) till smooth and even.
2) Cook ingredient (B) till dissolved, add in (A), Mix well.
3) Pour into small mould to set.
4) Cook ingredients (C) till dissolved, mix in (D).
5) Pour (C) (D) into moon cake plastic mould till half set and place in filling,
    Cover till full. chill in fridge.
