Pandan冰皮月餅
材料
A. 300ml pandan 水(5 到6 片的pandan 葉十水榨出水在过滤)
150g 糖粉
B. 200g 糕粉
40g 白油
馅料
:豆沙或莲蓉
作法:
將全部材料拌匀,
休息半小时,
取出包馅和整形.
