材料

1。盐  2g

2。冷水  40g

3. 鸡旦   95g  

4. 中筋面粉 300g

做法
1。 盐 + 冷水， 搅拌至盐溶化。
2。 將 面粉 +  盐水混合 + 鸡旦 。
3。將濕面团揉成完整面团，就可以切面条。
